       丘疹性寻麻疹常在春夏秋暖和季节发病，疹性寻麻疹主要发生于1岁以上的儿童及青少年，尤其以学令期前更为多见。疹性寻麻疹往往好发在躯干、四肢伸侧，但是头面部比较少被波及。

      患儿多有剧痒，以夜间尤其甚。常因搔抓而继发脓疱疮等化脓性皮肤病，但是通常无全身症状，局部浅淋巴结也不肿大。病程约1～2周，损害消退以后，可遗留暂时性色素沉着斑，但是易复发。
