    (1)检查调整行星齿轮的背面间隙。将装上行星齿轮的十字轴放入差速器壳孔中，用厚薄规测量，其间隙应在0．30~0．60毫米范围内，否则，应更换止推垫圈。
    (2)检查调整半轴齿轮的背面间隙。将差速器壳螺帽拧紧(扭力为8～11公斤·米)，转动半轴齿轮应自如，而不被卡住。用厚薄规测量背隙，应在0．30~0．60毫米范围内，否则应更换止推垫圈。
    (3)检查调整重型汽车后桥圆锥主动齿轮轴承的预紧度。将圆锥主动齿轮装在轴承内(试验时不装油封)，以20~25公斤·米的扭力拧紧螺帽，并使螺帽开槽对正开口销孔。用手推拉圆锥主动齿轮连接突缘应无松旷现象，转动试验应灵活稍有阻力为合适。否则可增减轴承调整垫圈，调整合适(调整合适后，应在轴和螺帽上划好记号，以备装回油封时，能保证轴承的预紧度不变)。用弹簧秤试验(如图5-52)，使其转动时的拉力应为1．7～3公斤(跃进牌为1．25~2．9公斤)。
