三门峡强芯铸造材料有限公司位于河南省渑池县产业集聚区。公司始创于1995年，其前身为渑池县盛达宝珠砂厂，于2008年11月改制为有限公司。随着公司业务的发展需要，公司于2005年成立了出口贸易公司——渑池鑫聚缘陶粒制品有限公司，并于2006年9月获得对外贸易经营许可证，2007年8月通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证。2011年9月，由渑池县盛达宝珠砂有限公司、渑池鑫聚缘陶粒制品有限公司共同筹建三门峡强芯铸造材料有限公司，于2013年成功注册“盛达”产品商标。

SANMENXIA QIANGXIN FOUNDRY MATERIAL CO.,LTD. is located in industrial cluster district, Mianchi, Sanmenxia, Henan,China. Found in 1995, formerly known as MIANCHI SHENGDA CERAMSITE FACTORY, ourcompany was restructured into limited liability company in 2008. With thecontinuous development of the company, in 2006, we set up an export tradingcompany- MIANCHI XINJUYUAN CERAMICS CO., LTD. and passed ISO 9001 qualitycontrol system in 2007.
In September 2011, our two companies, MIANCHISHENGDA CERAMSITE CO., LTD and MIANCHI XINJUYUAN CERAMICS CO., LTD united toestablish SANMENXIA QIANGXIN FOUNDRY MATERIAL CO., LTD. and successfullyregistered our trademark “SHENGDA”.

   公司产品适用于树脂砂铸造、水玻璃砂铸造、消失模铸造、V法铸造、壳模铸造、精密铸造及生产覆膜砂, 广泛应用于航空航天铸件、船舶铸件、铁路机车铸件、风电类铸件、高端泵阀类铸件、机床类铸件、发动机铸件、汽车模具铸件等造型工艺中。另在耐火涂料、钢包引流砂、可溶性模芯、表面喷丸处理上也得到成熟应用。
Our product/CERAMSITE is suitable for resinsand casting, sodium silicate bonded sand, lost foam casting, V-method casting,shell molding, precision casting and producing resin coated sand. And it iswidely applied in castings of aerospace, ship, railway locomotive type, windenergy type,
pump and valve, machine tool, engine, andauto. What’s more, CERASITE is maturely used in other fields such as fire-proofcoating, ladle filler sand, soluble core, and sand blasting.
