1.主要组成
本产品是一种高级的水泥基灌浆材料。由高性能水泥、集料、外加剂及矿物掺和料等组成。分E型、L型两种。E型以快凝、快硬、早强水泥为基材,L型以无收缩高强硅酸盐水泥为基材。

3.材料选用
3.1 本产品适用于地脚螺栓紧固、设备基础或钢结构柱脚平板的灌浆、混凝土结构加固及后张预应力混凝土结构孔道灌浆。
3.2 E型灌浆料适用于使用温度80℃以下,-10℃以上的环境,适用于要求早强、快凝、紧急抢修、抢建工程以及早期强度高的工程与负温工程。
3.3 L型适用于500℃以下,5℃以上环境使用。
3.4 本产品适用于制备高流态的高强无收缩混凝土、早强无收缩混凝土、填充混凝土及具备上述性能的砂浆。
3.5 E型产品对海水、滷水、盐湖水的化学腐蚀具备很强的抵抗力,宜用于海洋、盐湖、盐渍土地区的工程。
3.6 备料计算时容重值(kg/m3):2100-2200。
High-Strength Non-Shrinking Grouting Material
1. Main Components
This product is an advanced cement-based grouting material composed
of high performance cement, aggregate, admixture and mineral additive. It is
divided into E and L types. E types base material is a quick setting, rapid
hardening and early strength cement, and type Ls base material is a
non-shrinking high-strength Portland cement.

3. Material selection
3.1 This product is suitable for the fastening of foundation bolts
and concrete structure and the grouting of equipment foundation or steel column
base plates, and pre-stressed concrete structure pores.
3.2 E type grouting material is suitable for the environment at
temperature range of 80 ℃
~ -10 ℃ in early strength and rapid setting works that need emergency repairs
and construction, early high strength works and negative temperature works.
3.3 L type is applicable to the environment. of 5 ℃~500 ℃。
3.4 This product is suitable for the preparation of high flow,
high-strength non-shrinking concrete, early strength, non- shrinking concrete,
filler concrete and mortar with the above performance.
3.5 E type of the product is highly resistant to the chemical
corrosion of sea water, brine and saline lake water and suitable for the works
in the areas of sea and ocean, saline lake and saline soil.
